Other needs include helping the legal team to analyze deviations in contracts and get the real-time status of the contracts throughout the workflow.
The CloudMoyo team migrated the contract to the cloud central repository with a contracting feature. Some of the key highlights are implementation of ICI within 90 days remotely, integration of Single Sign On (SSO) and Adobe EchoSign, and supporting user training and CLM adoption.
